Located in Bradfield City Centre — Australia’s first new city in more than a century — the Advanced Manufacturing Research Facility (AMRF) represents a major step in sustainable, technology-driven urban development.
The project integrates mass-timber construction, modularity and regenerative design principles, supported by ASP’s innovative access flooring systems across approximately 3,000 m² of floor space.

Magnes®is an interlocking, innovative magnetic flooring system that is designed to be directly magnetically bonded to an access floor system.
